Fidelis CPAs

Kenneth Thrower, the founder of Fidelis CPAs, sought our assistance after working with another developer who couldn’t provide the necessary support for a busy new business owner. Realizing the need to focus on critical business tasks, Kenneth entrusted us to complete the website development. We enhanced the user experience, added booking calendar functionality, and, most importantly, took over ongoing technical responsibilities that were distracting Kenneth from building his business. With our services saving him approximately 8-10 hours per month, Kenneth estimates a remarkable 400% return on investment from our partnership.

Spatially Health

Stabilizing, Streamlining, and Scaling a SaaS Marketing Site

When Spatially Health came to Berry Interesting for technical support, their WordPress site was weighed down by broken features, jumbled analytics, and poor UX continuity. These issues were invisible to the casual visitor but critical to address for long-term growth. We began with urgent stabilization work, then gradually rebuilt site sections for improved performance, accessibility, and user experience.

As part of our ongoing support partnership, we’ve restructured key landing pages, clarified CTAs, and added custom features that reflect Spatially’s evolving SaaS offering. Behind the scenes, we’ve helped clean up legacy design debt, refine plugin usage, and support the in-house marketing as they build and execute new lead-gen campaigns.

The result is a lighter, more confident digital presence that truly supports the brand’s value proposition and provides Spatially with a clearer path for future growth.

Novo Fitness Studio

Owned and operated by two energetic sisters in south Georgia, Novo approached BIPi after their previous web development agency closed down. Novo has always excelled at building their brand on Instagram and in real life, so their website primarily served as an informational platform – until the onset of Covid. BIPi swiftly assisted the Novo sisters in expanding their website to include a Video On Demand section, ensuring a continued revenue stream during lockdowns. Since then, Novo has relocated to a brand new studio tailored to their needs, and their On Demand offering has become an additional revenue stream that supports their thriving business. In 2023, the Novo site won the Web Excellence Award for Best Fitness Website!

Seriatim, Inc.

A Pixel-Perfect Migration That Protects What Works

Seriatim’s Squarespace site was clean, elegant, and well-loved, but as the brand expanded, so did its digital ambitions. After years of incremental improvements and creative workarounds, the tipping point came when complex page features and the sheer volume of content became too cumbersome (and too costly!) to maintain on Squarespace.

Rather than rushing a redesign, we led a thoughtful, budget-conscious WordPress migration that preserved the original design with near pixel-perfect accuracy while unlocking the freedom to scale. Using custom post types, accessibility-first strategies, and optimized SEO structures, we transformed Seriatim’s marketing site into a flexible, marketer-friendly platform that will support growth for years to come.

Today, Seriatim’s lean in-house team is able to delegate technical tasks, manage content with ease, and prepare for even more dynamic features (like a robust new Community section and press/media hub) without worrying about hitting a platform wall.

Radsource, LLC

Radsource, LLC is a US provider of radiology services and imaging software solutions. They have a skilled WordPress power user leading their marketing department. However, as the sole member, she needed a trusted technical partner to handle website operations so she could focus on strategy. That’s where BIPi came in.

Our collaboration began with a redesign of Radsource’s internal wiki, originally built on an aging, unsupported custom CMS. From there, we’ve continued to support both of Radsource’s WordPress sites with ongoing technical maintenance, SEO coordination, and a redesign of the marketing site. As our relationship deepened, we helped migrate their sites from a costly, underperforming host to a faster, more reliable platform. This improved site performance, reduced dev costs, and gave the marketing team greater confidence in scaling future initiatives.

Working with BIPi means Radsource can do more with a lean team, while staying focused on what they do best: radiology innovation.

The General Auto Insurance

If you’re not familiar with The General’s jingle (and their famous spokesman, Shaquille O’Neal), we highly suggest you take a listen. It’s definitely an earworm, but that just reminds us how inspiring it is to work with a company that excels in branding! Since 2021, we’ve been partnering with The General to support their brilliant Content Marketing Manager in driving traffic and leads to their blog. We handle both their live site and staging site, ensuring pixel-perfection before pushing changes live. From redirects to hosting management and software updates, we take care of all the technical aspects so their content marketing manager can focus on pressing “publish”.

Studio Aura

When Clara O’Donnell opened her salon, Studio Aura, in 2023, she knew her space would be warm, intentional, and artfully styled… but building a website to match felt overwhelming. She’d started on Wix, but quickly felt out of her depth. That’s when BIPi stepped in.

We guided Clara to a more sustainable platform (Squarespace), created a starter logo and brand kit, and brought everything together using professional brand photography to design a beautiful, easy-to-navigate website. To support her launch without stretching her budget, we set her up with a Greenhouse plan: a pay-over-time structure that also ensured she had our ongoing Squarespace support.

Now, over a year later, Clara’s thriving. Her salon ranks well in local search, her site draws in new clients, and she recently returned to BIPi to expand her site with a fully integrated eCommerce shop featuring both third-party haircare products and her own handmade soaps.

Hope Parker Books

Hope Parker, a budding romance novelist, approached us in 2020 with an exciting project. Fresh off the release of her debut novel, she sought a bespoke online presence that would elegantly and professionally spotlight her literary creations without causing a financial strain over the short- or long-term. Her wishlist included the ability to edit site pages herself and a domain-specific email account, but she lacked any predefined brand assets or standards. We not only crafted a Squarespace website tailor-made for the author – we also created a comprehensive brand identity from scratch. Our deliverables encompassed a brand package (logo, brand standards, and photography guidance), an easy-to-manage website, and email services via G Suite. The outcome? A website and branding we’re incredibly proud of, and a satisfied author who can now devote herself to spinning more captivating tales, knowing we’re here for her ongoing Squarespace site support.

Quantum Laser Displays

Jim Martin, the brilliant lighting mind behind Peachtree Laser, decided to rebrand as Quantum Laser Displays in 2019. His Peachtree Laser site, an early-2000s hand-coded HTML relic sporting a neon-on-black aesthetic, was sorely outdated and failed to give his phenomenal live event work the spotlight it deserved. Jim had amassed a rich collection of images and videos of his work over the years (most notably with country music star Brad Paisley), but needed a contemporary portfolio website that would effectively showcase his capabilities without breaking the bank. His extensive photo library made our job a breeze; while no comprehensive brand standards were required, we built a simple one-color logo for use on the website plus a color palette to guide us during development. Since QLD’s work is entirely visual, we let that lead us as we developed the site. With Squarespace’s built-in G Suite connection, we set Jim up with an email using his new domain and connected his contact form to a Google Sheet for seamless lead tracking. Today, we handle updating the photo and video galleries whenever Jim adds new work to his repertoire.

Our clients are more than just business transactions; they're our partners, and our success is intertwined.
