We currently offer three WordPress support plans, designed to ensure that:
- your business website data and files are protected with routine backup services
- your website core software, themes and plug-ins are upgraded promptly
- you’re provided with maintenance reporting, analytics and search engine monitoring as necessary
Berry Interesting Support Plans are not contracts, and cancellation of monthly service is available at any time. Regardless of plan level, all clients receive priority hacking recovery and priority support services from our team. Based on your care plan level, unlimited analytic reporting and unlimited support requests are also available.
If you prefer to pay for your care plan on a yearly basis up front, we’ll take 10% or more off the total.

^Unlimited consultation is defined as a phone call, google hangout or skype session scheduled through our online scheduling app lasting under 30 minutes. Sessions are subject to schedule availability.
*Unlimited support is defined as any request that takes under 30 minutes to accomplish. While there is no limit to the number of requests, there is a limit of 15 hours of time per month that we reserve the right to enforce if support requests regularly exceed 15 hours per month.
